Shelf rack for a container
A rack mounted on the wall inside the container, frame structure, cantilever, made of RK20x2m profiles. One rack has five welded frames with a spacing of 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.1 m, equipped with wooden shelves.
The load per one shelf is 300 kg (shelf dimensions 45 × 530 cm) or 60 kg / m of shelf, while the entire rack is designed for a maximum load of 800 kg.
In order to obtain the desired load-bearing capacity, wooden shelves of minimum 22 mm thickness should be used. We recommend a shelf thickness of 25 mm.
Container hanger rack
Rack mounted on the wall of the container, frame structure, cantilever, made of RK20x2m profiles. For one rack, there are five welded frames with a spacing of 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.4 m + 1.1 m. The load per one arm of the rack bracket is 40 kg for the two lower arms and 20 kg for the two upper arms, i.e. the maximum load of one frame is 120 kg, and the entire rack – 5 frames – maximum load of 600 kg.
