SANITARY CONTAINER MW 20 TYPE 6

A bathroom unit providing comfortable bathroom conditions for employees at a construction investment or industrial plant. The unit can be joined with a production hall, warehouse, or arranged together with cloakroom containers. Warm water is provided by an efficient electric heater. Where no water supply and sewage system is available, it must be connected to a clean water tank, a pump system and a sewage container. Container can be stacked up to three floors.

SANITARY CONTAINER MW23

Sanitary facility divided into a women’s and men’s section It provides a comfortable bathroom in public places or at mass events. In places without water and sewage infrastructure, the container should be connected to a clean water tank equipped with a pressure booster system and to a waste holding tank. Equipment: five toilets, two urinals and four wash basins. Domestic hot water is provided by electric heaters. Container can be stacked up to three floors.

UNISEX CONTAINER with KITCHEN and CORRIDOR MK 20

Combined ladies’ and gents’ washing container, with kitchenette and corridor. It can be used both as an independent module or as a component in multi-module buildings. Due to the corridor it includes, it is most frequently joined with MB20H and MB20K units. Where appropriate infrastructure is missing, the container is connected to a clean water tank with a pump and sump system. The kitchen is a separate high-quality room with a kitchenette. Warm water is provided by an electric heater.
Container can be stacked up to three floors.

The tank’s base area matches that of a 10′ container, and the sewage connection is optimally designed to fit the drainage of sanitary containers. This ensures quick and easy installation.

The level of sewage in the tank is indicated by a fill level indicator.

Steps adapted to the height of the septic tank can also be ordered.

Thanks to the standardized sewage connection, emptying can be done by a vacuum truck in a closed system.

 

 

SEWAGE TANK for WASTE and FECES for a 20′ CONTAINER

The tank provides comfortable use of sanitary containers, toilets, and shower containers in non-sewered areas without access to utilities. The tank’s base area matches that of a 20′ container, and the sewage connection is designed to fit the drainage of sanitary containers. This ensures quick and easy installation. The tank’s capacity for waste and feces is approximately 6.5 m³. The fill level indicator provides information about the sewage level in the tank. Additionally, steps can be selected for this tank to allow easy and safe access to the sanitary container placed on top of it. The standardized sewage connection allows for emptying by a vacuum truck in a closed system.

CONSTRUCTION: Welded steel frame made of profiles, C-profiles and 3 mm thick sheet, anti-corrosive secured with primer and enamel topcoat in gray RAL 7035.

 EQUIPMENT: a spigot for connecting the sewage system with a DNll0 cap with a cover for pumping out faeces, a 2-inch sleeve with a plug for complete emptying of faeces from the tank, tank fill level indicator, inspection openings and a check valve.

GUIDELINES: Loading and unloading of the tank is carried out with the use of slings, fastened to the openings in the corners of the upper frame of the tank. It is not allowed to transport tanks loaded with additional cargo, especially those which are not emptied. The tank should be placed on a stable, leveled ground or a prepared construction foundation, with at least 8 points of
support in the case of 20 ‘tanks or linear support. The tank should not be placed below the ground level and in depressions filled with water. After placing the container on the tank, it is mandatory to string them together with external clamps. To avoid deformation of the tank, always unscrew the vent plug when pumping out waste.
