SEPTIC TANK for SEWAGE and FECES MT 10 for CONTAINER

Feacal tank MT10 – designed for receiving and collecting sewage. Designed to be combined with a sanitary or social container. The dimensions of the tank correspond to the dimensions of a standard 10″ sanitary container, so it can be an integral part of a modular building. The dimensions of the MT10 tank conform to ISO standards, allowing its transport with the use of standard trucks.Load up to maximum two floors.

CONSTRUCTION: Welded steel frame made of profiles, C-profiles and 3 mm thick sheet, anti-corrosive secured with primer and enamel topcoat in gray RAL 7035.

EQUIPMENT: a spigot for connecting the sewage system with a DN ll0 cap with a cover for pumping out faeces, a 2-inch sleeve with a plug for complete emptying of faeces from the tank, tank fill level indicator, inspection openings and a check valve.

GUIDELINES: Loading and unloading of the tank is carried out with the use of slings, fastened to the openings in the corners of the upper frame of the tank. It is not allowed to transport tanks loaded with additional cargo, especially those which are not emptied.

The tank should not be placed below the ground level and in depressions filled with water. After placing the container on the tank, it is mandatory to string them together with external clamps. To avoid deformation of the tank, always unscrew the vent plug when pumping out waste.

The tank’s base area matches that of a 20′ container, and the sewage connection is designed to fit the drainage of sanitary containers. This ensures quick and easy installation. The tank’s capacity for waste and feces is approximately 6.5 m³. The fill level indicator provides information about the sewage level in the tank. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THE SEWAGE TANK FOR WASTE AND FECES FOR A CONTAINER

CONSTRUCTION: Welded steel frame made of profiles, C-profiles and 3 mm thick sheet, anti-corrosive secured with primer and enamel topcoat in gray RAL 7035.

EQUIPMENT: a spigot for connecting the sewage system with a DNll0 cap with a cover for pumping out faeces, a 2-inch sleeve with a plug for complete emptying of faeces from the tank, tank fill level indicator, inspection openings and a check valve.

GUIDELINES: Loading and unloading of the tank is carried out with the use of slings, fastened to the openings in the corners of the upper frame of the tank. It is not allowed to transport tanks loaded with additional cargo, especially those which are not emptied. The tank should be placed on a stable, leveled ground or a prepared construction foundation, with at least 8 points of
support in the case of 20 'tanks or linear support. The tank should not be placed below the ground level and in depressions filled with water. After placing the container on the tank, it is mandatory to string them together with external clamps. To avoid deformation of the tank, always unscrew the vent plug when pumping out waste.

The container can be connected to a residential container and a sanitary container in areas without infrastructure. The base area of the tank corresponds fully to the 20′ container base area, and the sewage connection is optimally matched to the container drains. This ensures quick and simple installation. Water is transported by a pump with a power of 1.1 kW. The filling level is indicated by a level indicator. Additionally, when a container is placed on the tank, we offer special stairs.
